Daniel Friederich was heavily influenced by renowned French luthier Robert Bouchet, cementing himself as a highly esteemed and influential figure in the industry. Hailing from France, Friederich has garnered recognition for his instruments' refined, responsive tone and powerful bass that resonates even in large venues. His guitars also boast an elegant body shape and intricately carved headstock. The Luthier Select Friederich model pays tribute to these signature construction techniques, incorporating Friederich's seven fan bracing pattern with hand-carved spruce braces and a solid Canadian cedar top. The guitar's simple yet stunning aesthetic is enhanced by its solid rosewood back and sides, rosewood binding, and detailed wood rosette, all topped off with the iconic carved headstock. Maintaining a balance of protection and resonance, the Friederich is finished with an ultra-thin Polyurethane coat.
