Refund policy
We are unable to offer refunds, however, we are happy to offer an exchange with 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is in 100% original condition and free of modifications. Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility. If you received an item that was not in the condition as described, please let us know as soon as you receive it and include photos of the shipping box and packing materials. We'll always back up our products and service and do everything we can to make your purchase a wonderful experience.
Repairs and setups are non-refundable, but we stand behind all of our work and if there are any issues or concerns with your repair, please let us know within 48 hours of pickup and we will make it right.
We promise to price match any advertised price for the same new item from an authorized dealer online. And if you find the same new item at a lower price within 48 hours after purchase from us, we will refund you the difference. Simply show us the listing with the price and retailer. Excludes used gear.
