The Bedell Port Orford guitar is a beautiful example of a boutique guitar made with unique woods but still coming together as something classic (and classy!). The guitar has a nice snappy top end that articulates well when finger picked or strummed. There is a bit of a low end roll off from a typical dreadnought acoustic due to the cinched waist of it being an orchestra style guitar, and as a result this guitar would likely track very well in a recording. The slightly wider nut width also makes it very comfortable to pick on for extended periods of time. It sits tonally somewhere between a dreadnought Taylor and an orchestra style Martin guitar.
