In 1999, Taylor made their limited edition 25th anniversary models of their popular guitars like this 710. With a special 3 piece Brazilian rosewood on the back and a solid cedar wood top, this rare wood combination on a Taylor acoustic also features an amazing Fishman pickup system and cutaway. The cedar wood introduces a warm, rich sound to the typical Taylor brightness while the Brazilian rosewood balances and projects a sturdy low end. With over a quarter century of age, the tone woods come to life with impeccable playability.
This guitar is in great shape with the original hard shell Taylor case and a worn look that adds character from its many stories in player hands. The checks on the top remind you of this guitar's rare nitrocellulose finish rather than the typical polyester Taylor has been using since 1995. Beyond some finish worn through to the wood around the sound hole, the gorgeous three piece back and sides are in excellent condition with very few scratches.
