Joseph Valdes
Joseph Valdes began his musical journey at nine with violin lessons at The Manila Waldorf School, quickly proving himself a prodigy and studying under renowned Filipino violinist Alfonso “Coke” Bolipata. After earning a full scholarship to Western Illinois University and flourishing in the WIU President’s International String Quartet, he pursued a master’s degree at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on a merit scholarship. Now a virtuoso teaching at Malibu Music, Joseph's love for versatility shines as he instructs students in violin, guitar, drums, and vocals, inspiring the next generation of musicians.

Wolf Gemora
Wolf Gemora, the friendly and knowledgeable store manager at Malibu Music, is a world-class, Zildjian-endorsed drummer, producer, and music teacher. Known for his warm teaching style, Wolf boasts extensive experience with bands like Wolfgang and The Mellow Dees. His impressive career includes international tours, eight full-length albums, performances in Jesus Christ Superstar in Manila, multiple 'Best Drummer' awards, and presentations at numerous drum clinics.

Alex Strahle
Alex Strahle grew up in Los Angeles, the son of a session guitarist, and began playing guitar at the age of five. With over 25 years of experience and 15 years of professional session work, Alex is a seasoned musician renowned for his expertise in guitar, bass, keys, lap steel, and pedal steel.
